- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After arriving promptly at 8:30 for our appointments, my husband and I were told our appointments had been canceled because we had not called to confirm the previous day. Apparently, having an appointment means nothing to these people. TERRIBLE first impression! This is not the way to do business or the way to deliver good customer service.
