  Disappointing customer care! Had a Rx called in that was not covered by my insurance, which is very common with name brands. Instead of calling me or contacting the Dr as is usually what happens (I work with this) they waited till I was there to tell me. All this ended up being a computer mistake according to the pharmacist. Due to me changing jobs my insurance will be inactive for 30 days. I was advised by the pharmacist that I will have to pay 1,200 if I wanted the Rx during that time. I explained my frustration and what should have happened and she agreed but simply gave me a shoulder shrug and a smile. I had no choice but to speak to the pharmacist because the young man that was also working walked away from me when I asked a question. He refused to speak and just pointed at the card machine motioning me to pay for the Rx that I was able to pick up. I did speak to a store manager regarding the issue and he was very apologetic which I appreciate. I will continue to follow up with management to have this resolved in hopes that my Rx will be taken care of due to their lack of customer service and their computer issue that left me in a bad position. If this was addressed several hours prior I would have been able to get it taken care of. Left very disappointed from a store I shop at weekly if not more.
