  Dr. Mills is good. The PA however will look at your skin problem standing 4 feet away. But the Spa is really the worst, the staff are VERY poorly trained, they don't even know they are being rude. I wasted quite a bit of money on laser treatments to zap the capillaries on my face that were visible. I came back saying that I didn't think it helped. The PA shrugged and suggested we do another treatment for another few hundred. That had little effect as well and there was no offer to make it right. Now that I have received proper laser treatment somewhere else, I realize how bad the service was here. When I got the laser treatment elsewhere they have you come back 6-8 weeks later to touch up at no charge, and for much less than this place charged me. The PA also wasted my time and money treating sweat glands that had become bumps with age - it only lasted about six months before they were back. My new doctor (without being told this story) said she wouldn't recommend doing anything (unless it were for a big occasion, like a wedding) since the effects last for such a short amount of time. I also received botox here by a wonderful woman who has since retired. The new girl walzes in late and does not acknowledge her patient who is waiting nor the other patient she has seen before. I would think a "good morning" to be an appropriate thing to say before walking past and to look like you are rushing to get to work instead of slowly walking by like she doesn't have a care in the world.
