- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently had an appointment at Western Dermatology on McMahon Blvd. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful, and I had a short wait to see the physician Marcia Starns, MPAS, PA-C. She was thorough and gladly answered all my questions. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Private practice that seems to forgot they offer a service. Reception staff are very rude want to charge $50 for a no show in case I no show. Maybe I should charge them $50 in case they are late or call me to rescheduled.
