- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely incredible on all levels. Incredible bedside manner. Friendly and professional staff all around. Performed open heart surgery on our 10 year old last year and, if it's possible to feel good about open heart surgery, Dr. Lagerstrom made us feel so. His surgical skill is obvious from his track record. But it's his kindness and humble manner and approachability and making you feel like he has all the time in the world to answer your questions and ease your concerns that impressed me so much.
