  I had gone in for a hearing test. They had no experience with my hearing aids but I allowed the woman to see if she could make them better because she was pretty sure she knew the brand. She told me she would research and see how she could fix them and call me. I called her and found out she had been out sick and I was very understanding because she was telling me she wasn't feeling well and I could tell during the appointment. I never received the call and I ended up sick with pneumonia for months. I eventually took them back to Costco after the new year and had them corrected. Meanwhile, I'm being turned over to collections for nonpayment on an invoice I have yet to see which I am still understanding of, if money is owed on the account. What I am not understanding of is my emergency contact being listed as a co-signer/ joint on the account when he was simply an emergency contact. I am advising him to seek legal recourse for his damaged credit being that he is a quadriplegic and has been bed bound for the last 7 years and did not sign a damn thing. I don't even want to call these people to get an invoice. I would never recommend them to anyone.
